Founded in 1989 by Dan Raines as an entertainment management company, Creative Trust, Inc has established itself as an effective career development partner for some of the most talented artists and producers in the market over the past 20 years including Grammy award-winning platinum artists, Steven Curtis Chapman and Third Day, veteran producer Brown Bannister, Michael Card, Charlie Peacock, Paul Brandt and Brandon Heath among others.

As a music publisher, CT made it’s mark with RBI Music in the 90’s developing a catalog of songs recorded by such artists as Babyface, Garth Brooks, Cher, Diamond Rio, Amy Grant, Wynonna Judd and Tricia Yearwood culminating in the 1997 Grammy Song of the Year awarded for Change The World, recorded by Eric Clapton for the movie Phenomenon starring John Travolta.

As an event marketer, Creative Trust is known for producing some of the most successful concerts and events in the business, often breaking into Pollstar’s Top 100 best-selling shows for the touring industry at large, pioneering successful artist and tour partnerships with commercial and charitable sponsors including Chevrolet, World Vision, Compassion, Habitat for Humanity and Prison Fellowship.

In 2002, CT expanded into literary representation with authors and novelists. Today, CT Literary Group has the privilege of working with some of the most respected authors in print including Philip Yancey, Ted Dekker, Donald Miller, Richard Foster and Brian McLaren.

In 2007, Creative Trust established a sister company with the express purpose of developing and marketing next generation media properties. CT Media has strategic partnerships with novelist Ted Dekker, Steve Taylor Presents, Phil Vischer (creator of VeggieTales), and Lionsgate Films working on properties such as Blue Like Jazz, the Movie, Convergence DVD series hosted by Donald Miller, and Phil Vischer’s new children’s DVD series, What’s in the Bible? in association with JellyFish Labs.
